Section 1

General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and melbe (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at melbe.vip. By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using any part of the melbe platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

melbe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed prominently at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the melbe platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted exclusively in the English language. Any translation provided for convenience is non-binding. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

melbe provides its services exclusively to individual players accessing the platform for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Use of melbe services on behalf of a third party, business entity, or syndicate is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

To be eligible to hold a melbe account and use the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting as a private individual for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of melbe or any of its affiliated companies or game-provider partners.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement with melbe or any other gambling operator that would apply to your use of this platform.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by melbe for any violation of these Terms.

melbe reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during a player's use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Until satisfactory verification is received, melbe may suspend deposit, withdrawal, and wagering activities on the account in question. Any winnings accrued during a period in which age has not been verified may be voided at melbe's sole discretion if verification subsequently fails.

Players who believe a minor may have accessed their melbe account should contact support immediately at [email protected]. melbe will assist in securing the account and, where appropriate, referring the matter to relevant authorities.

To access the full range of melbe services — including deposits, wagering, withdrawals, and bonus participation — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and may be completed via the melbe website. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times during the registration process and update your account details promptly if any information changes.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account. melbe uses device, network, and identity checks to detect duplicate registrations. Where a player is found to hold multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — melbe reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals without prior notice or compensation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, permit any other person to access your account on your behalf, or use the account of another player. Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or by an unauthorised third party — remains your sole responsibility.

melbe does not permit the use of shared, corporate, or joint accounts. All accounts must be registered in the name of the individual player who will be using the account. Account ownership cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances, including in the event of the account holder's death or incapacitation.

melbe accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) exclusively. All transactions — both incoming deposits and outgoing withdrawals — are processed in BDT. The following payment methods are currently supported for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. melbe reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum single-transaction limits and daily/weekly limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and your account verification status. Full limit details are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard.

Players must not use the melbe platform for any form of financial transaction that is not directly related to genuine gaming activity. Any use of the deposit and withdrawal system that appears designed to move funds without genuine wagering — sometimes referred to as "money laundering through gaming" — will result in immediate account termination, full forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant financial compliance authorities.

melbe offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual offer at the time it is issued.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded to a player account are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds may be requested. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated clearly on the relevant promotions page in plain English at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited in BDT and remain in your bonus balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Real-money funds and bonus funds are held in separate balance pools. Withdrawals are processed from the real-money balance first.
• Different game types may contribute at different rates toward meeting wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10%). Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of issue. Any unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• melbe reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to a player claiming it, and to void a bonus already credited if evidence of bonus abuse is detected.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players — will result in immediate account termination and full forfeiture of all balances.

Players who wish to withdraw their real-money deposit without completing wagering requirements on a bonus may do so by forfeiting the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings. To forfeit an active bonus, please contact support at [email protected] before initiating the withdrawal.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Closure

Players may request the closure of their melbe account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, melbe will process any remaining verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

melbe also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it determines that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• The player is under the age of 18 or is otherwise ineligible to use the platform.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or criminal purposes.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to melbe.
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion order that applies to this platform.

In cases of account closure due to a violation of these Terms, melbe reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the withheld funds may be forfeited in full. If no breach is confirmed, any legitimately earned real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are encouraged to use the dedicated self-exclusion tool available within their account settings or to contact our responsible gaming team directly. All content published on the melbe platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the exclusive intellectual property of melbe or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the melbe platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any melbe content without express written authorisation; use any melbe brand name, logo, or trademark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement; or use data-mining, robots, or similar automated data-gathering tools to extract content from the platform.

Game content made available on the melbe platform — including games by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other studios — remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is made available to players under licence. melbe makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

Any unauthorised use of melbe intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to claims for damages, injunctive relief, and other legal remedies available under applicable law.
